The newly-elected President of the association, Joe Onyiuke, made the commendation during a stakeholders’ forum on investment and funding opportunities in the oil palm value chain for oil palm growers in Abuja.

Sanwo-Olu, who spoke in Lagos on Tuesday at the symbolic distribution of agricultural inputs and productive assets to 2,743 farmers under the 2020 agricultural value chains empowerment programme, explained that the two centres would ensure the resuscitation, expansion and stocking of agricultural production facilities in various value chains.
According to the bank, farmers need not panic as it is committed and will make sure all beneficiaries get the loans.
In his presentation, tagged: “Harnessing CBN and other funding opportunities for small and medium enterprises in the emerging economic climate,” Emeka Agada, Head, SME, Ecobank Nigeria, stated that the bank will continue to harness and explore the various Central Bank of Nigeria intervention schemes and other funding and trade opportunities provided by Ecobank Nigeria for small businesses.
It said Dangote Group is also finalising plans to locate a $5 million mill within the same location.
Deelen told the News Agency of Nigeria in Lagos that it was imperative for Netherlands to support Nigeria because of the existing cordial relationship between both countries in different areas
He also welcomed the decision taken during his recent state visit to China to establish a Nigeria-China Bi-National Commission, saying that the Commission will facilitate greater bilateral cooperation between both countries in areas of mutual interest
