The Supreme Court has affirmed the re-election of Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State.
The apex court gave the judgment on Monday.
Justice Sylvester Ngwuta, who headed the seven-man panel of the apex court, dismissed the appeal filed by Jeremiah Useni of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Delivering the Judgement, Justice Paul Galinje held that the appeal lacked merit.
