The Supreme Court of Nigeria will on Thursday hold a Special Court Session in honour of late Justice Christopher Chukwuma-Eneh.
A statement by Akande Festus, the court’s Director of Press and Information, said the Supreme Court justice died on February 26 in Enugu, his home state.
Festus said the special court session would be presided over by the Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Ibrahim Muhammad.
Justice Mohammad would also customarily pay tribute to the late Justice Chukwuma-Eneh alongside other major stake holders in the nation’s justice sector.
