A fake Driver’s Licence was among the items recovered by operatives of the Lagos State Police Command from a 300 Level student of the University of Lagos, Chidinma Ojukwu, who was nabbed for the murder of the Chief Executive Officer of Super TV, Usifo Ataga.

This fact was unearthed on Friday as more details emerged on how Ataga was killed on Sunday.

According to available information from the spokesman of the Lagos State Police Command, Muyiwa Adejobi, the fake Driver’s Licence bore the name: Mary Johnson, but had Ojukwu’s photograph.

Other items recovered from Ojukwu by the police were a Nigeria International Passport, with No: B50010434, belonging to her; Access Bank statement of account; a United Bank for Africa Automated Teller Machine debit card, bearing her name; a National Identification Card bearing her name; another Driver’s Licence; complimentary cards; and a UNILAG identity card bearing her name.

According to information made available on Friday, the suspect was alleged to have paid for the Short Service Apartment, situated at 19, Adewale Oshin Street, Lekki, Phase 1, Lagos, where Ataga was killed.

She was said to have also checked into the apartment with an international telephone number, instead of her Nigerian line, a development she confirmed when she spoke with newsmen at the Headquarters of the Lagos State Police Command, where she was paraded by Commissioner of Police Hakeem Odumosu.
