The troubled marriage of popular music producer, Solomon Oyeniyi, has been a cause of public discourse for some time now. After a Lagos soft-sell magazine published an interview granted by the music producer’s estranged wife, Kikelomo, over an alleged physical assault on her by her husband, their troubled relationship is now a regularly news item. In August 2012, when both reportedly confessed to have been ‘acting’ with their troubled marriage, many thought that would be the end of marriage uproar.
It was another shock when a popular online news site reported that K-Solo allegedly denied the paternity of the child Kikelomo was delivered of penultimate Saturday (October 27, 2012). It was the aftermath of this alleged child denial by K-Solo that the estranged wife of popular singer, 9ice, Toni Payne, took to a social networking website, Twitter, to show her displeasure over K-Solo’s action.
Toni had tweeted some hours after the alleged child denial by K-Solo: “‘No matter wot is going on between u and whomever. U never let it extend to an innocent child. Ksolo! FAK!!!! I would not wish my worst enemy go thru wot that lady (Kikelomo) is going tru immediately after giving birth. Shit! Have some damn compassion!”
On Wednesday, while speaking as a guest on Eko FM programme anchored by MC Ice, K-Solo announced and gave a warning on air to Toni to stay away from his affairs. He said that while Toni Payne was having issues with 9ice during their marriage, she told everyone to stay off her matters, which she was obliged. As at press time, Toni Payne has not reacted to K-Solo’s warning.
