Senate concurs with House of Reps to take over Kogi State Assembly

The Senate on Thursday concurred with the decision of House of Representatives to take over the Kogi State House Assembly.
The Senate equally declared that the impeachment of Speaker by five members of the Assembly is null and void.

Efforts by Senator Dino Melaye to stop the Senate from concurring with the resolution hit the rock as the President of the Senate, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, ruled him out of order.
