The Administrator of Ahoada East Local Government Area of Rivers State, Goodluck Ihemnacho, has resigned from his position via a letter with a major gap.
The Eagle Online recalls that the LG Administrator was one of the 23 appointed by the Sole Administrator of the state, retired Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas.
Ihemnacho made his resignation public in a letter dated June 20, 2025, addressed to the Office of the Sole Administrator.
It, however, had a gap as the tenure of office was said to have ended on July 20, 2025 instead of June 20, 2025, the date he signed the letter.
