Rangers switch delights Sheyi Ojo 

The opportunity of regular first-team action and playing for Steven Gerrard convinced Sheyi Ojo a loan move to Rangers would be the best next step in his career.
The winger completed a season-long switch to Ibrox on Tuesday and will spend 2019-20 under the management of the former Liverpool captain.
After turning out for Stade de Reims in Ligue 1 during the last campaign, Ojo leapt at the chance when he became aware of interest from the Scottish giants.
Speaking to RangersTV, the 22-year-old said: “The last sort of 18 months, two years, I’ve kind of not really had that consistent opportunity of football.
“When I heard Rangers were involved, I spoke to my representation, the gaffer Steven Gerrard and I spoke to Liverpool as well.
“I think all the parties just believe that this was the right destination for my career this season.”
Gerrard has urged Ojo to play with the kind of freedom and fearlessness that caught the eye of Jürgen Klopp, who has handed the No.54 more than a dozen senior appearances.
“Just to be myself,” Ojo said of the advice given to him by his new boss. “When I’m playing myself, playing consistent and hopefully injury free, then everything sort of goes well. I just haven’t had that consistency.
“With Rangers this season, it’s just to play how I’ve always played – play freely and just enjoy my football.”
