President Bola Tinubu has said that the controversial Tax Reforms Bills are here to stay.
President Tinubu made the declaration to Nigerians on Monday night when he featured on his first Presidential Media Chat.
The Eagle Online recalls that the four bills before the National Assembly have generated controversies since it was put forward by President Tinubu.
But speaking during the Presidential Media Chat, he said: “Tax reform is here to stay.
“We cannot continue to do what we did yesteryears.

“We cannot retool this economy with what we did in the past.
“I have spoken on what Nigeria needs and what we need to do for Nigerians.
“It is not Eldorado yet.
“But I am convinced we are on the way.
“And you should help to propagate that.”
