Crystal Palace are understood to be one of a number of clubs keen on a move for Manchester City star, Kelechi Iheanacho.
West Ham, Everton, Swansea and Watford have all been linked with a summer swoop for the Nigerian international, who made just five Premier League starts in Pep Guardiola’s first season in charge at City.
Iheanacho had previously shown he was one of the brightest prospects in the English top flight, bagging eight goals in 26 league appearances in his debut season at the Etihad Stadium.
But he looks to have slipped down the pecking order at City following the arrival of Brazilian Gabriel Jesus and there is growing talk that he will be allowed to move on this summer.
Whether Guardiola will allow the 20-year-old to leave on loan or on a permanent basis remains to be seen, but Palace will be among those chasing his services should Iheanacho become available.
