In his bid to collaborate with all sister agencies to achieve success in carrying out his mandates, the newly-deployed Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Osun State Command, Commandant of Corps Agboola A. Sunday, has visited the Nigerian Navy Centre of Education and Training Technology, Ile Ife, Osun State.
This development was revealed in a statement by the spokesperson of the NSCDC in Osun State, Olabisi Atanda.
In the statement on Thursday, Atanda quoted Agboola as expressing his joy of having such a centre in the state, adding that knowledge is key to achieving greatness in carrying out security mandates.
He, therefore, solicited support and strong synergy between both agencies.
While appreciating the Commandant for his timely visit to the Centre, Navy Captain Aondowase Mnguve commended the gallantry of the officers and men of the NSCDC, adding that he is committed to continuing to partner with the Corps for improved security in the state.
Mnguve assured the Commandant of his full support and wished him well in his new assignment.
