Nigerian international, Kenneth Omeruo, was at the weekend named the Man of the Match after a superlative display for his Middlesbrough side against Sheffield United in a Championship tie.
Though ‘Boro lost the tie by a lone goal but the teenage central defender was the cynosure of all eyes as he returned to top flight football in the English championship, with Middlesborough.
Meanwhile, the Super Eagles’ team administrator, Dayo Enebi Achor, who witnessed Omeruo’s display in England, said: “We are simply delighted at the performance of Kenneth and the coach is glad that he has started to do those things that he is noted for.”
