Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta on Tuesday swore in new five Special Advisers with a charge to proffer advice that would spur the development of the state.
The governor, said while swearing in the SAs at the Government House, Asaba, that the choice of seasoned persons was born from the exigency needed to build a stronger economy for the state.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the SAs are -Prof. Sylvester Monye (Policy), Dr Kingsley Emu (Economy), Senator Emmanuel Aguariavwodo (Housing and Urban Development), Emmanuel Okoro (Rural Development) and Efe Ofoburuku (Legislative Matters).
Responding on behalf of the SAs, Monye pledged their resolve to deliver quality advice to the governor for sustainable development in the state.
