The Supreme Court has commenced delivery of judgement in the case instituted by the governorship candidate of the Democratic Peoples Party in Delta State, Chief Great Ogboru, against the election of the state Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan.
Already, lawyers to Ogboru and Uduaghan have announced their appearances.
The case is coming shortly after the Supreme Court confirmed the election of Owelle Rochas Okorocha as the validly elected governor of Imo State.
The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for the election, Chief Ikedi Ohakim, challenged Okorocha’s election.
