The Super Eagles returned to their camp in Frankfurt, Germany after the 2-2 draw against the El-Tri of Mexico in friendly in Houston, Texas, USA on Saturday.
Emmanuel Attah, the. Super Eagles coordinator disclosed this to The Eagle Online during a chat on Sunday.
According to Attah, the Eagles would stay in the German city before hitting Nairobi via Amsterdam on Monday evening for their return leg FIFA World Cup qualifier against Kenya’s Harambee Stars.
“We have arrived in Frankfurt and like always the boys are bubbling with life and looking confident ahead of the crucial matches before them,” he informed.
Meanwhile, the trio of Chelsea midfielder Mikel Obi, CSKA forward Ahmed Musa and Valerenga midfielder Fegor Ogude, who were permitted to stay out of the friendly match against Mexico, will join the team on time before they depart for the crucial FIFA World Cup qualifying matches against Kenya and Namibia.
Nigeria, on a superior goals difference, are top of the table in Group F, which also houses Malawi, Kenya and Nambia. Only one team will make It to the next stage as battle for places at the 2014 World cup takes centre stage.
