Nigerian international, Kelechi Nwakali, has joined SD Huesca in a permanent deal.
The Nigerian joined Arsenal in 2016 having won the Golden Ball award at the under-17 World Cup but he never played a game for first team.
The 21-year-old spent time on loan at MVV Maastricht, VVV Venlo and Porto B, but didn’t do enough to convince Arsene Wenger or Unai Emery that he has what it takes to cut it in England.
Nwakali dismissed reports linking him to Huesca a month ago, but the deal has been done and his future, for the time being, will be in Spain’s second division.
