In a post match briefing, Coach Ladan Bosso of Gombe United while praising his boys, insisted that the team was still work in progress.
Bosso said: “We planned for the away team. We had a lot of information about them from their record that they have problems in their defence. We used that and got our result.”
On the officiating, Bosso said: “If I had got this kind of officiating in our last away match, I would have had three points away.
“I told my boys not to rely on home advantage but to go for the ball and get the result.”
Ahead of their next match against Heartland F.C, he said the wide margin win would send a warning signal to their opponent that Gombe United is not a team to be underrated.
Coach Bala Nkiyu of Nasarawa United F.C of Lafia refused to speak to newsmen.
