No one should be imprisoned for Indian hemp – Naira Marley

Popular Nigerian singer, Azeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley, has said that no one should be jailed for using Indian hemp.

The Marlian Records boss said this in a tweet on his Twitter handle weeks after the arrest of some of his protégés.

They were arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency for possession of Indian hemp, also called weed.

Naira Marley tweeted: “No one should be in prison for weed.”
