The Director General of the National Institute for Policy and strategic studies, Kuru, Plateau State, Prof. Tijani Mohammed Bande, says the institute will graduate another 65 members on Saturday.
The 65 are members of the Senior Executive Course 36 regular intake.
Bande told journalists at a media briefing on Friday that out of the graduands, one died of protracted illness last year.
Bande said Nigeria is ready to conduct violence free elections with the support of stakeholders in the country.
He stated that ahead of the senior executive 37, President Goodluck Jonathan has approved as focal area how to reposition the country’s educational system for global competitiveness, with the partnership of the institute for better service delivery.
He said the course 36 members were trained to interact on key issues affecting development of various sectors of the economy within Nigeria and other African countries on the need to develop culture of performance that can help in shaping skills and attitudes, which are very important aspects of life.
Bande emphasized on the patriotism of Nigerians to ensure that the country competes with other nations of the world in promoting industrial harmony and industrial relations.
The NIPSS boss stressed that members of the senior executive course 36 were trained in the area of security threat and how to address the challenges of violence free 2015 general elections.
Bande revealed that President Goodluck Jonathan ordered the senior executive course to give their very best on free and fair general elections, which is the major improvement been measured in the country.
He noted that 65 persons are graduating with certificates on Industrial and Labour Productivity Relations.
Speaking on industrial harmony, Bande said the country has all the necessary elements required to partner with other countries of the world to achieve a better developed policy.
