A British of Nigerian descent, Samuel Obute, has hit the streets of the United Kingdom with a new single, titled: Call Upon Me.
The single, which was released a few days ago under his media platform: “Kingdom Moves,” is rapidly becoming households trending music in the country, especially London, where he is based.
Obute, who has ministered several times with his local church at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Goodnews Haven London, has been a voice among the senior and the youth choir of the church.
Speaking with newsmen over the weekend in London, Obute described his foray into music as an act of God.
According to him, the idea of singing is beyond his imagination.
He said: “Kingdom Moves is an idea that we are all unique and that God has created us for a purpose.”
Explaining the concept behind the stage name, the Delta State born Nigerian said: “We walk in our God-ordained purpose and become by making Kingdom Moves.”
Obute, who is already a First Class graduate of Accounting and Economics of Lancaster University, plans to make God his centre point and minister to the youths through singing across the world.
