A Nigerian, Mohammed Ahmed Ibrahim, on Wednesday had his right hand chopped off by Saudi authorities for theft.
The Saudi Arabia Ministry of Interior said Ibrahim was convicted of theft and sentenced to having “his right hand amputated.”
The Saudi Arabia news agency, SPA, said the punishment was executed Mecca.
Ibrahim committed the offense in Mecca.
Saudi Arabia operate the Sharia law, which permits shush punishments.
