The Chairman of the Nigerians in the Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has revealed that Nigeria has dragged the South African Police to court for assaulting for former housemate of Big Brother Naija, Tayo Faniran.
Faniran was assaulted by the police on Friday on his way to a public function.
Dabiri-Erewa said Nigeria will pursue the case of brutality against the South African police.
She confirmed the release of Faniran, who was manhandled by about four policemen as shown on a live video he launched at the scene of the assault.
