Rear Admiral Abukabar Al-Hassan, the outgoing Flag Officer Commanding Central Naval Command, Yenagoa, on Monday formally handed over to his successor, Rear Admiral Usman Stanley.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Al-Hassan was the FOC for six months before the recent redeployment of some Naval Senior Officers in the country.
NAN also reports that the handing over was done at the conference room of the FOC in Yenagoa without making any speech, but both left for Warri for a similar one.
Senior officers from the rank of Commanders and above serving with the command attended the ceremony where the outgoing FOC handed over the Central Naval Command Navy flag to his successor
