John Mikel Obi has played with some bona fide legends of the game during his time at Stamford Bridge.
Over a decade in west London, the Nigerian won everything on offer – including two Premier League titles, four FA Cups, two League Cups, a Europa League and, most importantly, the Champions League in 2012.
And having played in some of the greatest teams in the history of English football, it’s no surprise that Obi’s dream five-a-side team is stacked with superstars.
Speaking to the Premier League, Obi named current Arsenal shot-stopper, Petr Cech, as the goalkeeper, with Chelsea captain, John Terry, as his sole defender.
Blues record goalscorer, Frank Lampard, obviously makes the cut alongside Chelsea favourite, Michael Essien, while Didier Drogba leads the line of the fearsome fivesome.
