The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Bank Limited, Oti Ikomi, has resigned.
Ikomi said his resignation was for personal reasons.
He was appointed the Managing Director of the bank in August 2011 by the Asset Management Company of Nigeria.
This was after the Federal Government took over the then ailing Bank PHB and renamed it Keystone Bank Limited.
The bank, in a statement, said: “The Chairman of Keystone Bank, Mr. Moyo Ajekigbe OFR, has convened a meeting for tomorrow, October 12, to review the development and appoint a successor.”
