Many persons were feared killed and several others stranded when a fully loaded tanker fell on its side on the Abuja-Kaduna Expressway.
According to eyewitnesses, the tanker was fully loaded with kerosene when the accident occurred.
The driver of the tanker was said to be avoiding running into a smaller vehicle when he lost control.
The accident was said to have occurred at Tafa village along the expressway.
This resulted in several deaths and a gridlock that lasted several hours.
