The lawmaker representing Lagos Island Constituency II in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Sola Giwa, will on December 7, 20117 give account of his representation thus far at the 8th assembly.
The lawmaker is a first timer at the Assembly.
The event, scheduled to take place at Banquet Hall, City Hall, Lagos Island, will afford Giwa the opportunity of outlining his achievements and contributions in his over two years in the Assembly.
Reputed to have made meaningful contributions during plenary, Giwa is said to always lend his voice via robust and stimulating engagements.
He is said to be easily accessible and lives among his people.
Beyond legislative business, Giwa is said to have established relationships with Ministries, Departments and Agencies to the benefit of his constituents.
He has also leveraged on existing relationships he has built during his active years in service, a statement by his Office said.
The core areas he has channeled his energy toward include health, education and employment, with the statement adding: “He has gone out of his place to better position his constituents in those areas.”
