Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq on Thursday congratulated Alhaji Raheem Adedoyin, a celebrated journalist and former Commissioner for Information in the state, on his 59th birthday anniversary.
AbdulRazaq’s congratulatory message was contained in a statement on Thursday.
He said: “On behalf of my family, people and government of Kwara State, I congratulate my friend and brother Oloriewe Raheem Adedoyin on the occasion of his 59th birthday. Not only has Alhaji Adedoyin contributed immensely to the growth of journalism and media industry in the country, he has a reputation of being a consummate lover of youth and community development.
“Oloriewe, as he is fondly called, is also an outstanding member of the APC team who gave their all to ensure the victory of the party in the last election. He has since then been a great supporter of the government. I therefore pray to the Almighty Allah to grant him long life, good health, and good provisions to continue to be an inspiration to the younger generation and a pride to our state.”
