Outgone Super Eagles’ coach, Stephen Keshi, and 10 members of the World Cup team are expected back in the country on Friday morning after their Round of 16 elimination in Brazil.
The Big boss will be accompanied by of some players, his assistants and back room staff and they are expected to arrive at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja by 5:30am aboard British Airways.
Some of the players that will make the trip back home are: Turkey-based defender, Godfrey Oboabona; Juwon Oshaniwa; Gabriel Reuben; Ramon Azeez; Babatunde Michael; Ejike Uzoenyi; Azubuike Egbuekwe; Kunle Odunlami; and goalkeeper Chigozie Agbim.
Keshi’s assistants and back room staff, led by former Super Eagles Captain, Daniel Amokachi; Valere Houandinou; goalkeepers’ trainer, Ike Shorunmu; team’s media officer, Benjamin Alaiya; team administrator, Dayo Enebi Achor; kits man, Chidi Ugoka; and the medical team will also be on board back home.
Meanwhile, Super Eagles danger man, Emmanuel Emenike, Michael Uchebo and Uche Nwofor will be received by their family members and friends at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos.
The African Champions, it will be recalled, lost 2-0 to France in their second round clash in Brasilia on Monday.
