Kenneth Abana, also known as Magic man, a pioneer player of the 1970 team of Rangers International Football Club of Enugu, is dead.
He died in his hometown, Agu-Ukwu Nri, Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra State, on Sunday at the age of 75.
His death was confirmed to the News Agency of Nigeria in Awka, the Anambra State capital, by his son, Ifeanyi.
Ifeanyi said his remains had been deposited in the mortuary.

NAN reports that the late Abana battled acute arthritis, which confined him to the wheelchair.
He played for Rangers between 1970 and 1980.
