The management of Kano Pillars Football Club has re- appointed Ibrahim Musa as the Technical Adviser of the club for the 2018/2019 NPFL season.
This is contained in a statement signed by the Media Officer of the club, Idris Malikawa and made available to newsmen on Monday in Kano.
The statement said Musa’s one year contract was initially not renewed at the expiration of his contract with the club last season.
Musa was in charge of the club when they lost against Rangers in 2018 Aiteo Cup final in Asaba.
Speaking after his reappointment, Musa urged fans of the club to rally behind him to move the club forward.
He said: “I am appealing to our fans to forgive me and if they have offended me I have already forgiven them.
“Let us work as a team like we did before and win more laurels for the club in 2018/2019 season.”
He expressed gratitude to the management of the club for his re-appointment.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Kano Pillars parted ways with Musa after they lost against Rangers in 2018 Aiteo Cup final in Asaba.
Kano Pillars which have four points from three matches will play Gombe United in Gombe on Wednesday in the current NPFL season.
