The Joint Task Force said that it killed four members of dreaded sect, Boko Haram, during a raid on a building in Kano, Kano State on Friday.
The raid in Unguwa Uku District, Kano, according to the JTF’s spokesman, Lieutenant Ikedichi Iweha, led to the recovery of Improvised Explosive Devices, a pistol, ammunition, laptops, scanners, a printer and four police identity cards.
The building, according to the JTF, was used to produce propaganda material, including fliers, that had been distributed around Kano and video messages posted on YouTube.
Iweha said: “During the encounter, four members of the terrorist elements were killed.
“Uniforms of security agencies being used by the terrorist gangs were also recovered.”
