Anthony Joshua tipped the scales at 17st 8lbs ahead of his world title defence against Alexander Povetkin on Saturday night.
Joshua’s previous weigh-in in April saw the 28-year-old at 17st 4lbs, meaning AJ has kept his promise to keep the weight off.
Povetkin will be much the lighter man at 15st 12lbs, meaning Joshua will have a significant weight advantage, as well as being the taller fighter.
The Wembley showdown is expected to attract 80,000 fans in Joshua’s second title showdown at the home of English football.
Povetkin is the underdog for the clash, but is being billed as a potential banana skin for AJ, as the Brit sets his sights of a unification battle with Deontay Wilder in 2019.
“He’s going to be quick, going to be fast, so I’ll put on my dancing shoes and be fast with my feet,” Joshua said of Povetkin on stage.
“I’m a physical, strong guy who knows how to box.”
