Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury will imminently announce their £200 million mega-fight after terms were agreed.
The two heavyweight world champions will meet this summer – in June or July – to determine the division’s first undisputed ruler since Lennox Lewis in 1999.
The fight will likely be held in the Middle East with Saudi Arabia in pole position having hosted Joshua’s rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr in 2019.
Joshua and Fury agreed financial terms last year with both champions earning 50 per cent of the purse, predicted to be £100 million each.
The winner will then earn 60 per cent of the purse for a rematch which could take place in Cardiff at the end of the year.
Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn last month revealed only minor issues were left to agree, including whose name would be printed first on the poster and who would walk to the ring first.
Fury’s promoter Bob Arum has now revealed they have been resolved.
“All the points have been agreed to, that’s what both sides have said,” he told iFL TV.
“Now we’re scrambling around to get things signed but I can say that clearly, based on my view, there are no more issues.”
Last week, Fury cast doubt on whether his fight with Joshua would go ahead but those fears appear unfounded.
He also accepted that his inactivity was a concern having not fought for over a year since his win over Deontay Wilder.
Fury was due to face the American for a third time last year but the fight was repeatedly delayed and eventually abandoned.
Joshua, meanwhile, returned to the ring last December when he stopped mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev in the ninth round.
His WBO, WBA and IBF belts will be on the line this summer along with Fury’s WBC strap.
The winner will be required to fight the victor of Joe Joyce’s clash with Oleksandr Usyk or, more likely, give up the WBO title.
