President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan on Wednesday effected a minor cabinet reshuffle.
The cabinet reshuffle saw the Minister of State for Power, Arius Dickson Ishaku, swapping place with the Minister of State for Niger Delta Affairs, Hajia Zainab Kuchi.
Presidential spokesman, Dr. Reuben Abati, said the reshuffle was to strengthen the Federal Executive Council.
Abati said the movement is expected to result in higher performance by the ministers.
