The President, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, on Thursday made some appointments into his team.
Top on the list is the appointment of retired General Martin Luther Agwai as the Chairman of SURE-P.
Agwai’s deputy was also named as Tanwa Olusi.
Nigeria’s Ambassador to Switzerland, Fidelia Njeze is to return home to take up another appointment as Jonathan’s Special Adviser on NEPAD, whole Kwara State’s Senator Suleiman M. Ajadi is the President’s Special Adviser on National Assembly Matters.
Veteran broadcaster, Sola Omole, is the new Director General of the Nigeria Television Authority while Alhaji Ladan Salihu will oversee the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria as DG.
A former Special Adviser to Jonathan on Media, Ima Niboro, is the new Managing Director of the News Agency of Nigeria.
