It looks like Grammy-award winner, Wizkid, has moved the release date of his highly anticipated studio album: “More love less ego,” as a way to honour Ifeanyi Adeleke, the deceased son of his colleague, Davido.
The Eagle Online recalls that Ifeanyi who drowned in the pool on October 31 in the Lagos State home of his father.
Wizkid took down a tweet promoting his forthcoming album when the news of Ifeanyi’s death went viral on Monday night.
“More love less ego,” which was originally scheduled for release on November 4, has been shifted to a little more than a week ahead.
Though there is no announcement by the singer on his social media pages, the date attached to the version available to be pre-saved on shoppingmode Apple music shows November 14.
The new date for its release remains uncertain since there hasn’t been any official statement.
