West Brom striker, Brown Ideye, insists victory in the next two Premier League fixtures could be enough to beat relegation.
The Baggies are set to play Queens Park Rangers and Leicester in back-to-back home games when the campaign returns after the international break.
Ideye feels it hands the club a perfect chance to pick up six points and move well clear of a relegation battle in their final six matches.
The Nigeria international admitted that one win may be enough but he doesn’t want to leave anything to chance with some strong clubs all in a similar situation.
Ideye said: “I think we should go for six.
“People mention three but I’m not confident with three.
“In football you don’t know what will happen in the next minute so getting six points for us would be good.
“The next two games are massive. We are playing at home so we have to concentrate on giving our fans what we need, which is three points, so we have to go for it and make sure we grab it.”
