Herdsmen have shot dead a pregnant woman, said to be a Tiv from Benue State, in Ekiti State.
The woman was shot dead in a farm settlement at Orin community in Ido/Osi Local Government Area of the State.
The killing of the woman was said to be in retaliation of the murder of a Fulani man allegedly by Tivs in Oke-Ako.
The woman was said to be eight months pregnant.
