Gov. Bello appoints key officers

Just hours after his inauguration, the Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, has made some key appointments.
Bello approved Onoja Edward David as his Chief of Staff.
Before his appointment, David, who hails from Ogugu in Olamaboro Local Government Area of Kogi State, rose to management positions in several bluechip enterprises in both the financial and oil  and gas sectors of the economy.
He is said to be a tested administrator.
Bello equally announced Abdulkarim Omuya Adubi Abdulmalik as his Special Adviser on Media and Strategy.
Prior to this appointment, Abdulmalik, who hails from Ihima in Okehi LGA of Kogi State, is a seasoned journalist, social media expert and media consultant.
Kingsley Olorunfemi Fanwo is the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor.
Prior to this appointment, Famwo, who hails from Takete Ide Amuro in Mopamuro LGA of Kogi State, worked as a Correspondent with a leading national newspaper.
The appointments are with immediate effect.
Bello congratulated the appointees and demanded utmost commitment and humble service to Kogi State from them.
