Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has felicitated with the founder of Gloryland Christian Church of God International, Osogbo, Bishop Dola Salako Adeoye on the 25th anniversary of the church.
The Governor also rejoiced with Bishop Adeoye on his 30 years in Ministry and his 32nd wedding anniversary.
Represented by his Special Adviser on Transportation, Hon. Yakubu Moshood Adejare, Governor Adeleke described Bishop Adeoye in glowing terms.
In his sermon at the event, the Founding Bishop of Victory Life Ministries International, Bishop Mike Bamidele charged Christian leaders to always strive to improve in their faith so as to be able to survive in difficult times.
Bishop Mike Bamidele said only those with strong faith can survive and succeed in tough situations.
The younger sister of Bishop Adeoye, Sekoni Adebisi described his brother as a family unifier. She prayed God to keep bless him more and elevate him to higher heights.

The elated Bishop Adeoye while dancing to express gratitude to God, said he was excited that the 25th anniversary of his church coincided with his 30 years in Ministry and 32nd wedding anniversary.
Going down the memory lane, Bishop Adeoye highlighted what gave birth to the Ministry called Gloryland.
He said “In 1994 in the month of July, the Angel of the Lord appeared to his servant in a vision of the night and gave him a cheese like material and said, Eat this is Anthonty over all your prayer. You are being sent with a special Healing Anointing to heal and deliver people that are under the oppression of the devil”.
“This is what gave birth to this powerful Ministry called Gloryland, shortly after this, the Lord brought back alive a young girl I called Jumoke who convulsed and passed away. Many people have been healed under this Ministry with thousands delivered from various demonic oppression.”
“In 1999 in the month of October, Gloryland Christian Church of God International was given birth to at Ebenezer Hotel hall and was inaugurated by Baba Archbishop G.A.O. Adebayo. The Ministry has grown in leaps and bounds, and this Gospel of Healing and deliverance has been taken around the world with undeniable testimony following it. We give God all the glory for the journey and the exploit”, he said
Prominent personalities in the state including top government functionaries graced the occasion and celebrated with Bishop Adeoye and his wife and members of the church.
