A former Director of Army Public Relations, Brigadier General Sani Usman, has returned as the spokesman of the Service.
Usman, who has been at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies in the last one year, replaces Brigadier General Texas Chukwu, who took his position last year when he proceeded on the course.
Usman, who has bagged the highly respected Membership of the National Institute and inducted into the Alumni Association of the National Institute November 24, 2018, confirmed his return to the seat of the Army spokesman with effect from November 26, 2018.
The Eagle Online was informed that Chukwu has been redeployed to the Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Abuja as Research Fellow.
This is ahead of his proceeding to the NIPSS in February 2019.
