The National Conference put together by the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan has come and gone.

The Conference, chaired by eminent jurist, Justice Idris Kutigi, made far reaching decisions.

Attached here is the full report of the Conference, which is likely to be subjected to a referendum, depending on the mood of the National Assembly.
