First Bank of Nigeria Limited has opened lounges in Lagos and Abuja for the comfort, security, luxury, as well as access to financial advisory services for its customers.
The Head, Marketing and Corporate Communications, First Bank, Folake Ani-Mumuney, said on Wednesday that the premium lounge was an exclusive location for privileged banking.
Ani-Mumuney said: “The lounge comprises a large seating area with leather sofas, private meeting room/office with Wi-Fi hotspot for premium customers to stay connected to other businesses, while enjoying the ease of priority service.”
According to the statement by Ani-Mumuney, a designated relationship manager would always available to attend to queries, resolve complaints and provide services required at all times.
The bank said the lounge services would be extended to First Bank customers by invitation only.
The statement added: “Qualified customers will be invited by their relationship manager and then a premium card with which the customer can gain access to the lounge will be issued to them.”
Ani-Mumuney said the bank’s pedigree of innovation had seen it remain at the cutting edge of introducing new banking trends that enhanced the brand experience, adding: “At First Bank, our customers mean a great deal to us; that is why we constantly initiate different ways of creating banking convenience.
“Within the serenity of our lounges, our customers can choose to delight themselves with the different facilities available, while having a latte or green tea.
“Make use of our Wi-Fi hot spot to catch up on official activities, whilst your dedicated relationship manager attends to your every financial need.”
