Nigeria’s Super Eagles have further crashed in February ranking released by the World football governing body, FIFA, on Thursday.
With 606 points, the three-time African champions dropped one place to the 52nd position on the log.
The Gernot Rohr side also trails Tunisia, Senegal, DR Congo, Morocco, Egypt and Cameroon as seventh best country in Africa.
Nigeria will take on Poland and Serbia in pre-World Cup friendlies on March 23 and 27 respectively.
They will also face the Three Lions of England on June 2 at Wembley, before they round off their friendlies with a clash against Czech Republic on June 6.
Meanwhile, the monthly ranking log remained static with Germany, Brazil and Portugal (1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively).
The next FIFA World Ranking will be released on March 15, 2018.
