The Federal Government has concluded plans on how to bring back back home Nigerians in South Africa as a result of xenophobic attacks.
In this wise, the government has fixed September 7 for the journey home.
Air Peace, which offered to convey Nigerians in South Africa home free of charge, said the initial date of September 5 set for the movement could not be met because there were some who did not posses valid travel documents, mainly international passports.
But a statement on Friday by the Consul General of Nigeria in South Africa, said even those without valid travel documents should come forward for the journey home.
According to a document dated September 5, 2019 and signed by Anthony Ogbe for the Consul General, all Nigerians are eligible for the trip.
The document, attached to this story, gave telephone numbers of those to contact and the procedures to be followed.
