Newly-crowned champions Manchester City will be in party mode when they host relegation-threatened Swansea City this afternoon.
City need 13 points from their remaining five Premier League games to become the first team in top division history to reach 100 points (based on three points for a win).
They need nine points from their games to set a new record of most points in a Premier League season (currently 95 by Chelsea in 2005).
However, despite their amazing achievements, City have lost their last three home games in all competitions which will give Swansea hope.
City haven’t lost four successive home games in all competitions since a run of five games under Stuart Pearce in 2006.
Since Carlos Carvalhal’s appointment in December, only seven teams have won more Premier League points than Swansea (20) – although, they have only won one of their last 15 away games.
City are without top scorer Sergio Aguero for Sunday’s visit of Swansea.
The Argentina striker underwent minor knee surgery earlier last week and will miss the rest of the club season.
Midfielder Fernandinho serves the second match of a two-game ban, while centre-back John Stones remains doubtful.
