Super Eagles striker, Emmanuel Emenike, would be back in Eagles fold latest October this year.
This declaration was made by no other person than the man manning the Secretariat of the Nigeria Football Federation, Barrister Musa Amadu.
The Secretary General of the NFF disclosed at the weekend in Abuja that the NFF President, Alhaji Aminu Maigari, has met with Emenike
and the football house is monitoring the player’s recovery.
Amadu said: “When the (NFF) president was coming back from Mauritius, he met with
(Emmanuel) Emenike in Dubai on the same Emirate Air Flight back to Nigeria.
“They did discuss and he is making progress.
“He is in the country recuperating.
“So I believe that when we get to the last stage of the last round of qualifiers for the 2014 World Cup qualifiers in October (2013) and
hopefully the friendly matches the team would play before then, Emenike and Victor Moses would be fully back in the Super Eagles.”
