The duo of Emmanuel Emenike and Nnamdi Oduamadi have arrived the Super Eagles in Calabar on Tuesday ahead of this weekend’s AFCON 2015 qualifying tie against Congo.
The national team’s media officer, Ben Alaiya informed that Oduamadi breezed in during the evening training at the UJ Esuene Stadium.
The Crotone of Italy star is staging a returning to the national team after failing to make the cut for the Brazil 2014 FIFA World Cup.
Fenerbache’s forward, Emmanuel ‘Ogbunigwe’ Emenike also arrived camp and joined the dinner with the rest of the team by 7:30pm on Tuesday.
El-kanemi goalie, David Obiazor is expected on Wednesday in Calabar with the full complex of the players to take part in the training session.
Meanwhile, Tuesday’s training session was monitored by Cross River State Commissioner, Patrick Ugbe, former international Etta Egbe NFF Director, Technical, Dr Emmanuel Ikpeme, other top government functionaries including the Special Adviser to the Cross River state government on security.
