Eid-el-Fitr: APC charges Muslims to be prayerful

The party made the call in its Eid-el-Fitri message to Islam faithful issued by Malam Bolaji Abdullahi, its National Publicity Secretary, on Thursday in Abuja.

The All Progressives Congress has charged Muslims to continue to be prayerful and live together with others in peace, tolerance and service to humanity.
The party made the call in its Eid-el-Fitri message to Islam faithful issued by Malam Bolaji Abdullahi, its National Publicity Secretary, on Thursday in Abuja.
It said: “With all the love, blessings and peace on this joyous occasion, we wish Muslims and indeed, all Nigerians a happy Eid-el-Fitr.
“May all our good deeds be accepted by Almighty Allah (SWT).”
It advised Muslims to sustain the lessons from Ramadan by remembering and catering for the less-privileged and downtrodden around them as they gathered around family, friends and loved ones for the festivity.
The party added that the APC was confident that it would deliver on its campaign promises to the electorate through ongoing implementation of the policies of the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration.
It, however, added that “with your continuous prayers, support and cooperation, the ongoing task of building a new Nigeria for our progress, peace, unity and prosperity will be achieved”.
